Caffeine-containing foods that you don't serve to your baby.
The
majority of mothers make sure that their children's food is caffeine free, and
that they are prevented from certain popular foods and beverages, such as tea
and coffee, in order to ensure this, but does the mother really guarantee that
her child's food is completely caffeine-free?
The answer is "No."" At least 75% of children regularly
consume caffeine, through soft drinks, energy drinks and other products.
You
should be aware that too much caffeine can cause symptoms to children, such as
nausea, tachycardia, insomnia, excessive movement disorder and
attention-grabbing (ADHD). Caffeine also makes a child angry and aggressive,
and reduces the child's ability to concentrate, and scientists have also
emphasized a relationship between caffeine intake and poor academic achievement.
Because
of their low weight, the effect of caffeine is stronger, and it lasts longer.
Always try to keep your baby's level of caffeinated less than 100 milligrams
per day, which is equivalent to the caffeine found in apotty cola.
Unlike the main sources of caffeine such as coffee, tea, cola, and even
decaffeinated, there are other caffeinated products, such as:
- hot chocolate "contains 3-13 milligrams of caffeine per cup."
- Dark chocolate "contains 18 milligrams of caffeine per 40 grams".
- Mocha ice cream +"contains about 60 milligrams of caffeine in a cup".
- Green tea "Contains about 50 milligrams of caffeine in a cup".
- Sunflower's flame "contains about 140 milligrams of caffeine per 200 grams".
